We are searching for a colleague for the following position:

Team Leader of the Web Components Team in our Bucharest-based Java development team

What would you do?

You will….

… be responsible for the development, managing and leading of a small development team;
… participate in the design and development of web applications;
… become involved in the full application development lifecycle;


And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team

If you have:
... Either 3-5 years minimum experience as a Java Developer (Server side)
… Or 3-5 years minimum experience as a JavaScript Developer
… More than 2 years leadership experience for three to five developers;
… Knowledge of the "other" Technology (for Java it would be JavaScript knowledge and vice versa)
… Experience with Python or other scripting languages
… Knowledge of common web Technologies (HTML, XML)
… Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
… Experience with working in a Linux environment

Would be a plus:

… Good ability to speak and understand German
… Experience with Java client development (SWT, Swing…)
… Experience with writing C++ Applications for Windows, also with non-Microsoft Libraries (MFC, COM, ATL): Qt or Gtk;
… First-hand experience with various runtime environments (.Net/Mono, Silverlight, AIR).
