We are searching for a colleague for the following position:

Team Leader of a C++ for Windows Development Team
in our Bucharest-based Windows team.

What would you do?

You will….

… be responsible for the development, managing and leading of a small development team;
… participate in the design and development of a Windows client;
…become involved in the full application development lifecycle;


And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team

If you have:

...at least 5 years (senior level) of software development in C++ for Windows;
...first-hand experience with using a 3rd party rendering engine (favourably Webkit, Gecko);
…first-hand knowledge about "Internet and Web Technologies": HTML/JavaScript, XML, Flash and protocols (http, https, ssl);
…first-hand experience with one or two scripting languages (Python, PHP, Ruby, etc);
…more than 2 years leadership experience for three to five developers;
…fluency in English (both written and spoken);
…good ability to speak and understand German

Would be a plus:

... Experience with non-Microsoft Libraries (MFC, COM, ATL): Qt or Gtk;
… Experience with software development for non-Windows OS (Linux, BSD, OSX);
… first-hand experience with various runtimes (.Net/Mono, AIR, Java on Desktops).
