GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Planning and coordination of the installation, testing, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Functions may include planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware/software, allocating systems resources, managing accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment, monitoring the performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability of installed systems, implementing security procedures and tools, resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems, ensuring systems functionality, integrity, and efficiency, maintaining systems configuration, and managing the installation and integration of system patches, updates and enhancements.
THE PERSON SHALL ABLE TO:
-Understand the logical and physical components of Active Directory and the dependencies.
-Maintain a forest and domain structure by using an Active Directory infrastructure design.
-Plan, implement and maintain Active Directory user, group, and computer accounts.
-Plan, implement and maintain a Group Policy strategy to centrally manage users and computers in an enterprise environment.
-Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot software that is deployed using Group Policy.
-Maintain the implemented sites to manage and monitor Active Directory replication.
-Operate and support domain controllers, global catalog servers, and DNS servers that are integrated with Active Directory.
-Manage operations masters.
-Back up, restore, and maintain Active Directory, which have some trusts and dependencies to other companies in Europe.
-Maintain an Active Directory infrastructure that is based on a directory service (LDAP) design that an enterprise architect provides centrally.
-Use command-line tools, scripts, snap-ins, and other methods to examine the components of Active Directory.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
-University degree: IT or Technical
-English skills advanced level
-Previous Experience in IT business ( min 2 years)
-Fundamental knowledge of network technologies including routing IP, DNS, DHCP.
-Strong experience with the Windows Server 2003 operating system.
-Experience with Active Directory service in Windows Server 2003.
-Experience with managing backup and restore on Windows Servers.
-Experience using Windows management and monitoring tools such as Microsoft Management Console, Active Directory Users and Computers, Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, and IIS Administrator.
-Experience using Windows networking and troubleshooting tools such as Network Monitor, Telnet, and NS Lookup.
-Ability to lead a small team.
