Support Operations and Security Engineer la BrainSpotting în Bucuresti

Responsibilities:
- Implement company security policies and procedures in our hosted software services group and ensure the technology application portfolio is in compliance with Information security standards
- Monitor web applications
- Be a part of the second line support organization for infrastructure issues
- Handle and resolve issues escalated from the production operational environment on a 24x7 basis
- Design and maintain production monitoring systems

Requirements:
- Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat) servers and workstations administration
- MySQL Database Administration
- Very good theoretical knowledge of IP networking, x86 computers and operating systems
- Knowledge of system administration procedures, preferably the ITIL and PCI frameworks
- Ability to understand, analyze and apply corporate policy/guidelines and business specific policies
- Experience in cloud computing, Amazon clouding
- Experience with RightScale
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is a must along with proficient written English language skills
- Must be able to offer support on a highly flexible schedule
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction and with strong customer focus
