Software Trainer la Embarcadero Technologies în Iasi

• Teach newcomers about our products – general information
• Java, C++, SQL, database servers and Software Testing teaching – using proper materials provided by the company
• Watch closely the improvements and coach one to one those that are behind the others
• Organize the trainings
• Evaluate newcomers after they finish every course
• Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate progress
• Advise HR manager about strong points and weak points of each newcomer

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in technical field of instruction is required
• A master's degree in the field of instruction would be a plus
• A certificate, diploma or degree in adult education would be a plus
• Previous teaching experience would be a plus
• Minimum to medium technical knowledge (i.e. programming, databases etc.)

• organizational skills

The person that will have this position in the company will be a key-person that helps newcomers to evolve from a junior position to an intermediate one, so he/she needs to be very responsible about the work he/she has to do. Also he/she needs to really like teaching, to be spontaneous and willing to constantly improve.
