Software Development Engineer in Test IDE Team la Embarcadero Technologies în Iasi

Responsibilities and Activities
• Develop and run a comprehensive set of tests that exercises RADStudio's features through product interface
• Work as a developer using the product and designing/ coding examples to help improve user experience
• Contribute to testing framework (Zombie) development and maintenance
• White box testing, debug product features and track down design flaws and errors
• Perform code reviews and be able to suggest design improvements.
• Use software test engineering tools for functional, performance and stability test development
• Review results of the automated tests and take measures if necessary
• Work in Agile/Scrum team

Skills and Experience
• Programming knowledge in one or more major language : C++, Delphi
• Some ability in debugging and troubleshooting, able to identify software problems and come with solutions
• Good Romanian and English written and verbal communication
Desired:
• Some experience in programming with STL, OOP and design patterns
• Some experience with Win SDK or MacOS development
A plus for:
• Programming experience in Delphi
• Experience in automated testing
