Descriere Accountable for the introduction of new services
* Provide expertise for service proving and validation phases * Controls and validates software specifications et functionalities for new services * Responsible for test plan and organisation of proving phase * Issue new specifications for tools and services evolutions
Accountable for standard operations and administration of service platforms
* Real time analysis of faults and customer tickets * Initiates escalation process * Perform and drive preventative maintenance * Issue procedure * Will participate to 24*7 on call duties
Profil Main skills Master at least one of the following : UNIX, LINUX/AIX
Extended IT skills: * WAS and Dbase management: (oracle, Sybase, Mysql,…) * Web based applications: Apache, Java, messaging, DNS, FTP,…) * Langages: KSH, Perl, HTL, Java , XML * Knowledge of monitoring tools: HPOpenView, Patrol * Good English skills
Complementary skills * Monitoring tools (Cacti, Fticheck, Nagios) * Virtualization system (VmWare) * Work in project mode * Crisis management
Angajarea se face pe contract de 1 an, care se prelungeste ulterior.
