• Full lifecycle application development
• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
• Front end graphical user interface design
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality
• Integrate software with existing systems
• Maintain standards compliance
• Implement localization or globalization of software
• Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
• Resolve defects and rework code
• Revise and adapt existing code
• Perform unit testing
• Lead and/or participate in peer code review
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:
Essential: University degree in IT, Software development certifications
Preferably: Computer Science Faculty, Microsoft .Net & SQL certifications

PREVIOUS WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Working as software developer in enterprise projects, in a software company using a proven development methodology.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: .Net Windows & Web Forms, Web services, LINQ, SQL Server 2008, Dev Express, Software Analysis Tools, and Knowledge in Payroll and HR applications would be appreciated.
