As a Senior Java Developer you will have the opportunity to work on Change Manager design and implementation; a product that provides high-speed data compare and synchronization capabilities that help IT groups streamline data migration from QA to test to production environments. DBAs can automatically capture schema "snapshots" to quickly identify changes and correct problems in less time. And by monitoring configuration settings, DBAs can ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and maintain overall database performance and availability. Change Manager offers broad cross-platform support (IBM®DB2® on Linux, UNIX and Windows®, Microsoft® SQL Server, Oracle®, and Sybase®).
You will have the chance of working with top developers on large technology suites such as: Java (JSE, JEE), Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP), Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT), JFace, Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF), JUnit, JMock, Ant, Hybernate.
Ideal Candidate has to have:
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Good algorithms and strong problem solving abilities
• Passionate about software development with extensive understanding of software development processes
• Working knowledge of design patterns, object oriented programming, object oriented design
• Projects experience, solid proficiency in Java programming
• Experienced with Eclipse-based technologies
• Experience with database programming
