As Senior Developer & Team Manager, your mission will have different levels:
• Manage specific developments;
• Carry end-to-end responsibility from analysis, development, testing and deployment;
• Manage & assist Junior Software Developers;
Position will start first as Senior Developer and will evolve to Team Manager while developers staff will be increasing
Tasks
Your technical role will be:
• Understanding business application requirements;
• Analysis of functional requirements and of resulting technical implementations;
• Development of specific application modules;
• Design architecture in accordance to volume and speed requirements;
• Auditing source code;
In a 2nd step, your management role will be:
• Work distribution between analysts, developers, testers and system engineers;
• Controlling deadlines and resulting code;
• Reporting to management;
• Technical skills evaluation during technical staffing recruitments;
• Standardize development activities, flows, tools and structure;
Requirements
• +5 years working experience in Java, Perl, PHP, SQL and JBOS technologies;
• “Senior” knowledge deploying scale-out web platforms in a Linux environment;
• Software architect experience;
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, fire walling, load balancing...;
• High technical expertise to insure specific developments;
• Good communication skills to follow & assist Juniors Team;
• Rigorous, entrepreneurial and pragmatic;
• Fluent in English;
