Sales Representative for Telco
Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Telecom Market. He promotes the company’s solutions, services and image through direct sales .He focuses towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and the pipeline of the projects/opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate in Telecom market.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all clients to build more effective communications, to understand their existing needs and development new needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provides timely feedback to Country Manager regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect solutions submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all proposals, opportunities, sales, and activity reports
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Internal / External Cooperation
• Meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, meetings, presentations, proposals and closes.
• Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Job Specifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in sales in Telecom Market .
• Experience with System Integration ( in IT and Telecom arena ) in large, complex organizations.
• Business or Technical University degree
• MBA degree will be considered an asset
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong skills on sales and negotiation
• Business oriented, dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of clients in Telecom Market.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Fluency in English .
