Profil/Cerinte:


We are looking for a highly skilled applicant who are constantly improving established testing practices as well as implementing new state of the art test methods. If you are the ideal candidate, you have at least 2 years of experience in software testing, idealy some as a test lead, are assertive, self motivated, and well organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reevaluate and optimize the Development QA role.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead, Technical development manager and PM’s to determine core competences and to optimize the work with the development team
Assist in changing the development QA language and methodologies, functional QA as well as software QA.
DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Work as close as possible with the development team, to make sure the development team is on top of information
Spar daily with the PMs to make sure the QA performs the correct tests and reduces long term risks
Focus on testing early; introduce new processes, by using new and existing development tools.
PM SUPPORT
Provide expert debugging of issues found by PMs
REQUIRED SKILLS
Fluent written and oral communications skills in English
Works well in teams
Ability to drive quality to new levels
Very strong workflow development and documentation skills
Minimum 2 years of software testing experience
Boasts a highly evolved work ethic and sense of discipline in a proactive manner
OF ADVANTAGE
Experience with Hansoft
Fluency in Danish
Ability to write code in PHP, MySQL, javascript or other programming languages

You will be part of a 5 person team including 4 developers, you will be responsible for all development QA, managing tests and improve/develop testing routines.
