QA Manager la Smart Tech în Cluj-Napoca

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the QA Manager role. The QA Manager will supervise and technically guide the QA department in testing applications. The QA Manager is responsible for assuring that products are free of defects and compliant with specifications.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and take responsibility for QA methodology
*Hire, organize, manage, and develop the engineers in the QA department
*Lead QA team by scheduling, developing, and executing test plans
*Develop and design test plan and cases
*Mentor, supervise and deliver performance reviews to QA engineers
*Locate and implement proper tools to manage test plans, cases, and execution
*Manage department expectations for schedules, cost and resources

Requirements:

*5+ years of software QA experience
*1 to 3 years of experience as direct supervisor of QA department or longer as team lead
*Expert understanding of the relationship between requirements, use cases and test cases
*Knowledge of test process, testing techniques, and software test tools
*Proficiency working with test methodologies and techniques
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Bachelor degree in CS or related

Preferences:

*Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology
*Knowledge of mobile app testing
