Ideal candidate:
• University degree in IT field or management
• Project Management courses or PM Certifications
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Project Management/ analysis/ development/ implementing/ integration
• Knowledge of English language (conversational level)
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills
• Driving license
Responsabilities:
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in
collaboration with the Project Management Department Director
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes
where necessary
• Where required, negotiate with other department managers
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the
project
