About the Job:
Join a writing team dedicated to helping software developers be more productive using rapid application development tools.
Research in documented tool’s code, contribute to sample code, help systems, installation and release notes, user manuals, and desktop video recordings. Work in an agile, collaborative environment where there is always something new to learn and your ability to pass that learning on to others is the key to success.

Responsibilities and Activities
• Understand and document code parts and software functionality
• Write accurate reference materials about products APIs, like help system, user guides, design specifications
• Write concise tasks, procedures, and tutorials describing how to use software products
• Write sample code to illustrate features
• Use applications and read their code to document
• Fix defects and supply enhancements to the documentation on an ongoing basis
• Use various tools for XML/HTML editing, source control, defect tracker
Skills and Experience Required
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or equivalent analytical experience
• Is able to write and communicate clear, concise, correct, technical English
• Can read and understand programming languages and frameworks such as Delphi and C++
• Good OOP fundamentals understanding
• Has a passion for showing people how things work
• Enjoys investigating and asking questions
• Attracted by programming and technology and have strong analytic skills
• Experience in writing technical documentation is a plus
• Application development experience in Delphi or C++ is a plus
