MUST have skills:

Telerik ASPNet AJAX Controls: 1 - 2 years
Silverlight: 1+ years
LInQ: 1+
SQL Server: 2+ years
Preferred Skills (not mandatory)

The Process:

Candidates in whom we are interested will be given a brief interview over the telephone to assess their English abilities and depth of programming knowledge. At coderPros we believe that the best way to assess a professional's ability is through a "working interview." Candidates that we are seriously interested in will be given a small paid project to test their competency.
