docTrackr is a startup growing rapidly which offers on the international market a web service that enable businesses to control remotely their digital documents.
We are currently working between Bucharest and Paris in a multi-cultural environment with clients across France and looking forward to extend to international market.
As part of our main development team you will provide transversal expertise to our projects/product lines both in day-to-day operations or to specific requirements. You will architect the servers for our new hosting service, deploy new applications, develop tools to automate processes and design the overall architecture with scalability in mind. As our possible next employee you should enjoy working with new technologies and complex systems that have high performance requirements. Most of all, you should enjoy learning new things to solve interesting problems. And when there is no solution? Then you'll invent one.
Responsabilities: Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of servers on different technologies like: Linux (Debian), Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere MySQL/Oracle, LDAP/Active Directory; Contribute to ongoing support, maintenance, security and optimization of our servers Maintain efficiency, responsiveness, security and quality assurance across our systems Manage server access control and security (SSH, Firewall) and X509 certificates.
Candidate profile Engineering student in final year studying towards a computer science degree or equivalent. You are autonomous, you like to work in teams and always have something to add or comment on everybody’s work.
Nice to have - Basic Knowledge on Virtualization technologies like (VMware, VirtualBox etc) - Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10.0 - Experience with Windows 2003/2008 administration
