Role Objective:
The adaptation and extension of core applications onto the specific environment of a new mobile terminal type.
Key Responsibilities:
- social Network and Mobile Messaging Client development and porting onto new handsets
- design, implement and maintain components of our client’s product
- investigate new technologies to improve current products and build new products
Requirements:
- strong knowledge and experience in programming with C++ and / or / JAVA – J2ME
- experience with client service or client/server development
- excellent problem solving skills
- excellent team player
- fluent written and spoken English skills
- preferably a degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or other similar
Additional Experiences to your benefit:
- experience with any other mobile technologies, like Windows Mobile, Symbian, Android, Maemo development, RTOS
- experience with Wireless and standard Internet technologies, protocols and standards like, TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, XML
- experience with Java, Linux, and Windows technologies
- experience with developing software for international markets
- french speaking not mandatory but a plus
