Marketing Specialist, Design la Synygy Europa în Iasi

As a Graphic Designer at Synygy, you will work in our Iasi Romania office with the Senior Managing Designer, Product Management, Vice President of Marketing, CEO, and the entire Art team to create and produce various sales and marketing collateral. In addition you will contribute to the creative process used to produce new marketing campaigns and web content.

You will work with Synygy Marketing, Product Management, and Human Resources teams to aid in the execution of marketing and company-related programs.

Responsibilities

Update or create company collaterals for web, print or multimedia environments
produce and update printed, multimedia and web collateral materials on a regular basis
work with web development team to ensure/maintain functionality for the web materials
Develop printed and web materials for the marketing campaigns and conferences organized by the company
work with marketing team to create new looks for each new campaign and conference, based on marketing team’s targets/objectives
apply each new look to different materials and environments (print, web)
Develop miscellaneous materials for the software department and miscellaneous internal events
work with the Human Resources team to create or update Synygy internal events (herberts, awards, team building activities, etc)
work with Software Department or other departments (HR, Administration, Systems, etc) to create or update miscellaneous graphics
Prerequisites

Specific qualifications include:

3-5 years design experience required
excellent Adobe suite skills
strong experience in Web design and HTML programming
experience using Macromedia suite and MS Office
ability and drive to assume increasing levels of responsibility with in a growing company
strong oral and written communication skills
BFA or BS degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design
Synygy is not paying for relocation costs in connection with this position.
