Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Lead localization QA engineering team from technical perspective
• Schedule, assign and track localization QA activities in the team
• Collaborate with peers and managers to prioritize activities
• Write quality plans, set workloads, supervise and evaluate the work of reporting Quality Engineers
• Perform reviews on testing activities and results, sign off testing plan for various features
• Share technical knowledge, coach and grow team members
• Get into planning, building and executing comprehensive tests.
• Ensure issues are investigated and reported

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Lead QA engineering team to develop and run automated testing against for localized products. This includes day-to-day assistance to engineers by troubleshot issues with automation infrastructure.
• Make sure localized products have same functionalities as same as English
• Provide feedback to QA engineering team to make sure bug reports are clear and well described.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to make product well internationalized and ready to localize.
• Manage localization QA activities, organize test suites and bugs, prioritized bugs
• Publish and interpret analysis of localization QA testing
• Discover and isolate product flaws quickly and effectively
• Improve existing quality processes; create and measure quality goals
• Communicate proactively within organization to ensure quality releases.

Skills and Experience Required:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge about building automated test cases and/or experience as developer is must (preferably former developer with several years experience).
• Knowledge about localization process and localization testing is must.
• Excellent understanding of software development tools in general, background on programming languages (one or more of C++, Delphi, Java)
• Good knowledge of testing tools, and bug tracking/reporting systems.
• Experience in end user testing would be a plus
• Ability to define, prioritize and delegate tasks
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technical concepts
• Highly organized and productive individual
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in leading a team to achieve goals, technical leader
• Education in general management, management experience is a plus
