Junior Project Manager la NetMatch în Cluj-Napoca

Descrierea postului:

As a successful Junior Project Manager you will:
- Work closely with our Western Europe customers, capture document and clarify functional requirements;
- Fully understand the project functionality
- Deliver support to the customers
- Centralize the estimations and plan the next development iterations based on customer priorities and feedback
- Collaborate closely with the development team including architects, developers and testers
- Monitor and assess the quality of the deliverable
- Assist in functional acceptance testing;
- Work closely with the Project Manager to help formulate and plan major software development initiatives into a version release plan;
- Clearly communicate plans and status to team members and managers

Cerinte:

- Experience with web projects
- Experience and good understanding of the software life cycle and iterative software development (like Scrum/RUP/ Agile development etc.)
- Independent person: willing to take responsibility; capable of organizing his work by himself;
- Client oriented
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, co-workers and management.
- Strong attention to details
- Proactive
- Time management skills
- Willing and able to to profound research
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Excellent writing, reading and speaking English skills. German is a plus;
