Join the RAD Studio development team, working on Embarcadero's world-class IDE tools Delphi and C++Builder.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing database driver technologies to work with the leading enterprise-level database servers. As a member of our Romanian team, you will be integrated with the US team who will work closely with you on our development processes and software products.

Responsibilities:
• Work on the development of database drivers for leading database servers
• Upgrade database drivers to include support for the new functionality in the latest database server offerings
• Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug database drivers
• Learn best practice software development processes
• Develop unit tests to ensure the high quality of your development work

Skills and Experience Required:
• Solid object oriented programming experience in Delphi or C++.
• Familiarity with software engineering principles
• Knowledge of database theory and database systems
• Knowledge and experience on Windows platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good written and spoken English
• University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
