We are searching for a colleague for the following position:

Java Technical Leader

What would you do?

You will….

… be responsible for the technical coordination of department projects;
… assign tasks for the project, follow up the task completion and report the project status to the team leader;
…design and develop web services, backend for web-based intranet applications and internal tools
…be involved in the planning process and take active decisions regarding your work.

And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic B::IT team


If you have:

…1 year experience in coordinating small teams (2-3 people);
… managed at least one project from start to the end;
... J2EE experience with a common application server (Stateless Beans, MDBs, MBeans)
... experience with Hibernate and ORM in general
… very good object-oriented programming skills
… experience in working with database systems
… good ability to speak and understand English


Would be a plus:

... experience with JBOSS and EJB
... experience with web scriptlets
... experience with RMI / PHP-Java communication
… knowledge of XML/XSL
… Linux Environment (including shell scripting) experience
… Internet Infrastructure (web servers, ftp, etc)
