We are searching for a colleague for the following position:

Java Team Leader

What would you do?

You will….

… be responsible for the technical and personal coordination of department projects;
… assign tasks for the project, follow up the task completion and report the project status to the project manager and department head;
…design and develop Java applications
…be involved in the planning process and take active decisions regarding your work and the working environment of your team members.

And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team


If you have:

… 2 or more year(s) experience in leading small teams;
… managed several projects from start to the end;
... J2EE experience with a common application server (Stateless Beans, MDBs, MBeans)
... experience with Spring, Hibernate and ORM in general
… very good object-oriented programming skills
… experience in working with database systems
… good ability to speak and understand English


Would be a plus:

... experience with JBOSS and EJB
… knowledge of XML/XSL
… Linux Environment (including shell scripting) experience
… Internet Infrastructure (web servers, ftp, etc)
