XL Team is a concept and software development company, that positions itself as an agile entity. Our company is split between 2 offices: Amsterdam and Bucharest.

Responsibilities:
* Developing new features for a video conferencing online platform
* Implementing new back-end functionalities
* New application interface design
* Development of hosting on a subdomain and deployment strategy for frequent version incrementation
* Development of an API to allow clients to call into a meeting over any phone
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience with:
* Java
* Web based applications/XML web services
* Javascript
* NodeJS
* ActionScript 3
* HTML
Ideal candidate should have:
* Passion for software development
* Proactive and with a critical sense
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English
