JOB: Help Desk Agent


Provide IT support for the company.


Responsabilities
• Takes over the Internal IT Users calls or e-mails
• Provides the right support to the IT Users.
• Manages the calls in a professional and kind manner.
• Fixes the reported issues in accordance with the established procedures.
• Has the availability and the skills to assimilate the new procedures and information

Skills and Knowledge
• Language capabilities
o Good level of German
o Good level of English
• Studies:
o University graduate or studying (IT or Technical preferred)
• IT skills required
o PC advanced user
o MS Office advanced user (be able to help/deliver to a user on the following):
 Make a Word document
• Including pictures insertion
• Manage Word formatting
 Make a Power Point presentation
• Inserts objects (video, sound, picture or excel tab)
• Create custom animations
 Create Excel files
• Macros
• Dynamic/Pivot tables
o Windows XP knowledge
o LAN knowledge
 Check the network settings
o E-mail systems
o Internet advanced user
 Able to help and guide the end users on internet issues

• Should have the will to learn and improve your IT back-ground by intensive training provided by the company
