Responsibilities: - Monitor performance of the support environment - Report issues and threats - Provide management reporting on performance of the service process - Draft and prepare user, system and process documentation and archive this documentation properly in line with guidelines concerning quality and service - Make future adjustments to applications possible - Assist in developing and coaching the current IT support team members - Take a leading role in the support process and in the delivery improvement - Provide IT support - Answer and register questions from users with regard to IT Hardware and/or Software, by phone or e-mail - Execute the incident and problem management process - Execute and release management process regarding new or changed desktop software/hardware in order to update systems - Configure desktop related hardware/software in order to bring desktops into use
Requirements: - University degree - At least 3 years experience in support area (help desk support) - Solid IT generalist support skills - Good understanding of financial process, operating and business challenges of financial SSC - Leadership skills - Fluency in English - Process improvement capabilities
