IT SALES MANAGER la CAMELWEB CREATIONS în Tirgu-Mures

We currently aim to further develop our sales department and are looking for an experienced sales manager that will be able to design and implement (based on input from the company’s management) a marketing and sales strategy, eventually developing into the role of sales director.
You will be the driving engine of the sales department responsible for directing and coordinating the activity and the department’s development.
The job requirements are:
• Demonstrated experience devising marketing program strategies to meet the needs of partners and customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to impact and influence others along with excellent presentation skills
• Strong client orientation
• Very good command of English (written and verbal)
• Proactive and assertive person with the ability to work under stress
• Strategic thinking, professional manners and collaborative skills
• Great people-management skills
• Very good organizer and team player
• Passion for driving results
• High commitment to business and personal integrity and professionalism

• A deep understanding of IT industry and especially of web technologies
• Previous experience working in IT/WEB
