As a project manager you will lead dynamically formed teams of developers with the goal to deliver the best software products for our clients. Actively participate in establishing business requirements, analysis, design and development of complex software products (especially web-based) along with the technical leader and head of development department. Fully focus your attention on risk analysis and management, time estimations, work planning and decision analysis, making sure that your team satisfies even the most demanding clients.

In order to excel in your job you necessarily need to understand the business of a software company and the cycle of an IT development project.
Excellent communication skills and most of all very good knowledge of English are more then necessary. (it is considered a plus if you have knowledge of other foreign languages)
A native ability to lead people and your attention to details will make you a suitable candidate for us.
You have a great advantage if you have experience in managing software development projects, and an IT Diploma.
