Requirements:
- 10-15 years relevant work experience in IT Product Security
- Solid understanding of IT security principles
- Proven experience of delivering large scale, highly secure and compliant consumer internet services developed using an agile software development methodology
- Experience of software development for mobile device, PC and servers domain
- Able to communicate with engineering specialist and legal expert on complex technical issues related to product security
- Able to explain IT and security matters in business terms
- Able to conceptualise systems and requirements, analyse risk, make appropriate recommendations and drive solutions through to fruition
- Good networking skills, confidence, ability to influence others
- Able to work effectively in an evolving consumer services organization

Requirements:
- Responsible for the end-to-end security/privacy of the Services developed
- Ensure the security/privacy requirements delivered, guidelines, baselines and policies adhered
- Working proactively with R&D teams to verify conformity to the Security Engineering Process
- Ensure security architecture/design documents, security testing plans, security and privacy assessment plans and reports are kept up-to-date and readily available
- Increase security and privacy awareness in the Services
- Ensure appropriate participation/urgency from the respective teams to address Security Incidents as part of the Issue Response Management process
