Overview
Three Pillar Global is searching for a Senior OO Developer. The most competitive candidates will display a strong understanding of Three Pillar Global’s objectives, strategy and values. You will add your skills and years of experience to an all ready established team of talented consultants that all work towards the same goal of meeting our client’s needs. This individual should maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability and emerging technologies and keep team members informed as appropriate with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.
Requirements

Technical Skills/Experience:
• Minimum 2 years coding experience using Java web applications in a Windows/Linux/Unix environment. (JDK 1.5/1.6)
• Good exposure to JSF, AJAX and hibernate
• Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Exposure to JMS and Web services
• Experience using Apache, Tomcat, Oracle
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
• Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
• Must have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to think independently
• Sun certified Java developer (Optional)
