Requirements:
- university graduates (preferred technical field);
- good knowledge of Operating Systems and Networking;
- soft skills: very good communication skills, customer focus, results and quality focus;
- Advanced level of French;
- Good command of English;

Responsibilities:
- 1st level administration of all competencies - administration, hardware, applications;
- escalation, initiation and tracking;
- ticket and change management;
- problem dtermination and dispatching;
- production control (batch and job control management);
