Experienced Quality Assurance Engineer la Embarcadero Technologies în Iasi

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, FEEA Business Information or related field
• Strong software quality Knowledge
• At least 2 years experience in software testing
• Good communication skills in English is a must
• Highly organized and productive individual
• Self motivated
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Quality Assurance concepts, metrics, methodologies and documentation standards
• OOP concepts - basic knowledge
• Database knowledge (SQL)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

As a member of the Embarcadero Quality Asurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality deliverables within your focused product area. You will be involved in planning, building and executing comprehensive tests. You will ensure issues are investigated and reported. The testing involves black box, automated and white box. As a member of the team, you will be asserting your quality-centric opinions cross-functionally (with Quality Assurance, Testers, Developers and Product Managers) and driving software testing schedules. The successful candidate will also have the desire to understand the business logic and technical details of the Embarcadero application through active participation in day-to-day testing. Also you will have to coach new comers and assist the team leader in managing the team and the QA process.
