Database Administrator and Programmer la Computaris în Bucuresti

Main responsibilities:
- Prepare or review SQL and PL/SQL scripts for product installations and migrations.
- Support system architects in database schema design.
- Prepare or review physical database designs.
- Act as expert Oracle consultant to our system designers and developers on database issues.
- Maintain database schema documentation for our development projects
- Support Computaris clients with database design, tuning, configuration, and administration issues
- Support network administrator with database administration of internal IT systems (currently: time reporting & absences systems, bug tracking, document repository)
- Work according to agreed project plans. Adhere to Computaris time reporting and other administrative procedures using Computaris’ tools for this purpose.
- Follow Computaris quality standards based on ISO 9001
- Agree and execute a Personal Development Plan to constantly improve professional skills relevant to Computaris business.

Requirements:
• A good university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years full-time working experience in an IT company after completing your degree.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle RDBMS
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL and Unix.
• Experience with high performance and high availability systems
• Experience with systematic software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated and ability to work in small teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Experience with contact to customers.
